When terminating your membership or transferring to another club, it is mandatory to return any match kit, tracksuit, or training clothing to the equipment manager. In addition, you must not have any outstanding payments, such as membership fees or fines (yellow and red cards).

If this is not the case, your membership including the obligation to pay fees will continue.

Cancellation (termination) must be completed no later than May 15 and can be done using the form below.
